This course provides professionals in education and related fields with the knowledge and communication skills to teach and work effectively with all members of the learning community. The  purpose of this course is to analyze the needs of learners, develop instruction to meet tho e need , and evaluate and adjust instruction accordingf . Specific competencies include problem solving, conflict resolution, data collection/observation skills, conferencing, facilitating meetings and interacting with others while respecting diverse discourses andmulticultural backgrounds.
